Can't update remote repository via SSH

I've set up SSH with passwordless login and can successfully pull and push from the server both via the command line and with the same settings in MacHG.

However, despite the fact I can push changes to the server, I can't then update the server to the latest revision using MacHG. I have to use the command line to do it.

Is this a bug or a feature?

I did read a reference somewhere about advanced hgrc settings for MacHG and wondered if there's something I have to set in there to enable remote updates.

    Actually this is a Mercurial FAQ item automatic update although it might be hard to find:

    Basically you add

    changegroup = hg update

    to the .hg/hgrc on the remote repository.
